The Burien Community Center is currently presenting the works of mixed media artist Robert Dean until the end of March, 2018.
Here’s more info about the artist:

Robert moved to the Seattle area in 1985 from Kansas. He earned a degree in Printmaking from U.W. in 1989. For the last five years, Robert Dean’s work has been inspired by the overwhelming amount of demolition and large scale construction projects in King County. Construction sites, industrial areas, and temporary night road work lit by spotlights find their way into his art work.
Robert’s images are produced with a relief printing technique on wood and paper using Styrofoam blocks. The newest work includes sculptural elements and three dimensional effects of surfaces and colors on gray painted blocks.

The Burien Community Center is located at 14700 6th Ave SW, and is open MondayThursday, 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
